DMCA Policy
Christian Barrios Jacksonville respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the full text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Christian Barrios Jacksonville will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to our designated agent.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a notice of infringement and the information that should be present in a counter-notification. It is designed to make the process of reporting and resolving copyright infringement claims as clear and efficient as possible.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that material on Christian Barrios Jacksonville's website infringes on your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent with the following information. Your notice must include substantially all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Christian Barrios Jacksonville's website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To do so, you must provide a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes substantially all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Christian Barrios Jacksonville may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
